Hatha Flow Yoga

My Approach

In these sessions I combine dynamic movement and breathing to create a sequence that leaves you feeling balanced, energised, calm and invigorated. These sessions are inspired by Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga and offer options for all levels of yoga experience. The main emphasis is on connecting movement to breath to help release physical and emotional tension and allow energy to flow freely in the body and to create space to welcome in new possibilities. Each session ends with a relaxation practice. If you are unsure if your needs can be met in a group class, a tailored  1:1 session can be offered to help you get what you need from the session.
